Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5 Minimum
Location: Minto Park
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare emails, reports, presentations, and MOM.
- Send and manage emails through Microsoft Outlook.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom/online meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
- Follow up on tasks and provide administrative support to the CEO.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
