Job Summary
Eternal Light Public School is looking for a caring, energetic, and creative LKG Teacher to support the foundational learning of young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a child-friendly classroom environment and guiding students in their early learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and guide LKG students using age-appropriate methods and activities.
- Plan classroom activities, rhymes, storytelling, games, and foundational learning sessions.
- Support children in early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social development.
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor each child’s academic and behavioural progress.
- Communicate with parents regarding student development when required.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials for early learners.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and classroom activities.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. / relevant teaching qualification
- Passion for teaching and shaping young minds
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
