- Make outbound calls to customers for periodic maintenance and service due reminders.
- Schedule service appointments as per customer convenience and workshop availability.
- Confirm service bookings and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with customers who missed or postponed service appointments.
- Explain available service packages, offers, and campaigns to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment management.
- Attend inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding vehicle servicing.
- Maintain daily call records, booking reports, and follow-up status.
- Ensure customer concerns are properly recorded and communicated to the service advisors.
- Achieve assigned targets for service bookings and customer retention.
- Collect customer feedback regarding service experience when required.
- Adhere to company standards for customer interaction and maintain professional communication.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
