We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer issues and support the team in closing sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in credit card, banking, or financial sales.
- Minimum 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of credit card products and banking processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
