- Manage housekeeping and other facility management manpower at assigned sites.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, and productivity.
- Handle recruitment requirements for housekeeping and other support staff.
- Maintain site-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support smooth execution of IFM services and client satisfaction initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
