We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to drive revenue and lead our event execution from concept to closing. In this role, you will be the commercial and creative force behind our event portfolio. You will be responsible for conceptualizing unique event properties, designing compelling pitch presentations, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, closing high-value sponsorship deals, and ensuring the seamless execution of the events themselves.

Key Responsibilities1. Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, prospect, and secure corporate sponsors, partners, and exhibitors for a diverse portfolio of events.
- Own the entire sales pipeline: from lead generation and cold outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed established individual and team revenue targets.
- Develop creative, customized sponsorship packages (digital, experiential, branding) that align with prospective clients' marketing objectives.
2. Event Conceptualization & Strategy
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and design new event properties or enhance existing ones to maximize market appeal and monetization potential.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscapes, and new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to build highly professional, visually compelling pitch decks and presentation materials.
3. Stakeholder Management & Partnership Building
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, vendors, speakers, and community stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring all contractual deliverables and brand activations are met.
- Leverage existing networks and establish new alliances to elevate the event’s profile and reach.
4. End-to-End Event Management
- Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events (both virtual and in-person), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage on-site event operations, including vendor coordination, volunteer management, and sponsor activation setups.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, providing comprehensive wrap-up reports and ROI analysis to sponsors to ensure high retention rates for future events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sponsorships, business development, or event management.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of meeting/exceeding sales targets and successfully closing five-figure (or larger) sponsorship deals.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to build persuasive, visually appealing pitch decks (via PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva) and deliver confident, engaging presentations to C-level executives.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines, vendor relationships, and client deliverables simultaneously.
- Communication: Elite negotiation, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
