Job Title: CRT Trainer (Campus Recruitment Training)

About the Role:
Netcraftz is seeking an energetic and result-oriented CRT Trainer to prepare students for campus placements through aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, interview preparation, and soft skills training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Conduct sessions on Resume Building, Group Discussions, and Interview Skills.
- Organize mock tests and placement readiness assessments.
- Mentor students and provide individual feedback for improvement.
- Support colleges in achieving placement preparedness goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Campus Recruitment Training or Aptitude Coaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate large student groups.
- Knowledge of current campus recruitment patterns.
