About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager -Talent Acquisition who can own end-to-end recruitment This role blends strategic hiring with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone experienced in digital, creative, and media talent hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring briefs to closing offers
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
- Write compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned with our creative culture
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Hire for digital media and creative roles, including:
- Business Development (BD), Creative roles (Copywriters, Designers, Client Servicing, Video Editors, Strategists, Influencer Marketing etc.)
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and final hiring decisions
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with managing team experience
- (Agency, digital, media, or creative industry experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative, digital media, production, and marketing hiring needs
- Proven expertise in active and passive sourcing
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
