Role Overview:
This role is designed for someone who will own customer onboarding and implementation in the early stage of the product while also contributing to product development and strategy. The candidate will work directly with clients to understand real-world usage, gather insights, analyze competitor offerings, and help shape product improvements and new feature ideas.
Key Responsibilities
1.Product Implementation & Client Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients.
- Understand business workflows & configure the product accordingly.
- Conduct demos, user training, and go-live support.
- Ensure smooth adoption and track usage post-implementation.
2. Client Relationship & Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Monitor product usage and proactively drive adoption.
- Handle client issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Convert clients into case studies / reference accounts.
3. Product Strategy & Analysis
- Study competitor products and market trends regularly.
- Analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare structured requirement documents (BRD / PRD inputs).
- Participate in roadmap planning discussions with the Product Manager.
4. Product Design & Prototyping
- Create basic wireframes, flow diagrams, and UI suggestions using tools like Figma / Balsamiq / Draw.io.
- Contribute to refining product workflows and user journeys.
- Support the Product Manager in UAT of new features.
Skill Required
- 1–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation / product analysis / business analysis.
- Comfortable talking to end users and understanding business processes.
- Ability to think logically and translate workflows into product configurations.
- Understanding of product design or willingness to learn.
- Good communication & documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA / Azure DevOps for project tracking and task management.
- Ability to create basic wireframes and process flows using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Draw.io.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
