About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growth team for 2026. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who is ready to bridge the gap between market research and revenue generation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing top-of-funnel leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Unlike a standard entry-level role, you will have a seat at the table during strategy sessions and work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to scale our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and research high-value prospect segments to build a robust sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain data integrity within our CRM (Salesforce/Odoo), ensuring all outreach and lead statuses are accurately tracked.
- Outreach Execution: Conduct professional outreach via email, LinkedIn, and discovery calls to introduce our value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights during weekly strategy meetings.
- Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to qualified lead.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Mindset: A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong desire to hit targets and grow within a fast-scaling company.
