Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & General Nursing
- Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Oxygen, etc.)
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and nursing documentation
- Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and safety
- Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols
2. ICU / Critical Care Responsibilities
- Monitor critically ill patients continuously
- Operate ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps
- Assist in emergency procedures and life-support management
- Respond quickly to critical situations and code emergencies
- Perform procedures like suctioning, catheter care, and oxygen therapy
3. NICU / Baby Care Responsibilities
- Provide care to newborns, infants, and premature babies
- Monitor feeding, vitals, and growth of babies
- Assist in neonatal resuscitation and emergency care
- Maintain hygiene, warmth, and infection control in NICU
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding and newborn care
4. OT / Emergency / Ward Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during surgeries and procedures
- Handle emergency and trauma cases efficiently
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
- Manage wound care, dressing, and recovery monitoring
5. Home Healthcare Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care at patient’s residence
- Support elderly (geriatric) and palliative care patients
- Monitor patient condition and coordinate with doctors
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 50 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,592.07 per month
Expected hours: No less than 96 per week
