Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM/software
- Follow up with customers for conversions or feedback
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to convince and negotiate

- Time management and multitasking ability
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
