Job Summary
Soni Productions Private Limited is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create compelling written content, captions, campaign copies, and marketing communications.
- Coordinate and manage content shoots with photographers, videographers, and editors.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to create relevant content.
- Handle audience engagement, comments, messages, and community management across all platforms.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Utilize Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools to create and modify content when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–3 Years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies independently.
- Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil will be preferred and considered an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
