We are looking for a proactive Distributor Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential distributors and dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Expand the company's distribution network in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize distributor agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide regular sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in distributor/channel sales or FMCG/B2B sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,752.38 per month
