We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer follow-ups, banking coordination and field verification activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain relationships
- Coordinate with banks regarding customer documents and process updates
- Visit banks and customer locations for verification work
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data
- Support sales and documentation process
- Basic knowledge of the banking process is mandatory
- Willingness to do field work
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler preferred
