Job Overview
We are expanding our Digital Marketing team and looking for an experienced Online Bidder to drive business growth. This is a strategic role focused on acquiring international projects for our SEO, SMM, and PPC departments. This position offers a fixed 4-hour daily shift with a performance-driven incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Strategic Bidding: Actively identify and bid on high-quality Digital Marketing projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
- Custom Proposals: Write tailored, technical proposals that highlight our team's expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads.
- Client Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial bid and requirement gathering to closing the deal with international clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of leads and follow up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:-
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success as an Online Bidder, specifically for Digital Marketing services.
- Platform Expertise: Mastery of major bidding portals and an understanding of how to maintain high account ratings.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills are mandatory for client-facing interactions.
- Service Knowledge: A strong grasp of Digital Marketing trends to effectively explain project scopes to potential clients.
Work Schedule:-
- Hours: 4 hours per day (Part-Time).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for every project successfully brought into the Digital Marketing team.
