Position Overview
CureAble is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team across multiple centers. In this role, you will work closely with children who are slow learners, have developmental delays, or live with disabilities. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapeutic programs to help children develop essential daily living and learning skills.
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and special educators to deliver holistic care.
Key Information
- Locations: Noida (Sector 41) | Dwarka (Sector 18) | Greater Noida (Gaur City)
- Experience Required: 1 – 2 years
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) from a recognized institution
Roles and Responsibilities (Simplified)
- Understand Each Child’s Needs: Test and observe children to figure out their strengths and where they need help with movement, focus, and daily activities.
- Create Fun Therapy Plans: Design simple, goal-based activities and therapeutic games that match the child's learning pace.
- Work as a Team: Mix and coordinate plans with our other experts—like Speech Therapists, ABA Therapists, and Special Educators—so everyone is working toward the same goals.
- Build Daily Skills: Help children improve their focus, handwriting, hand-eye coordination, and basic habits like eating or dressing independently.
- Guide the Parents: Explain progress to parents in simple terms and give them easy exercises to practice with the child at home.
- Keep Track of Progress: Write down clear, simple notes on how each child is improving over time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
