Job Summary
DemandPay is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily operational activities and assist in ensuring smooth execution of fintech services. This role provides hands-on exposure to client onboarding, merchant onboarding, operational processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Help maintain operational records and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely task completion.
Client & Merchant Onboarding
- Assist in client and merchant onboarding processes.
- Support documentation collection, verification, and compliance checks.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up with stakeholders.
- Help resolve onboarding-related issues.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and communication.
- Support client demos and onboarding activities.
Customer Support
- Respond to client queries via email and calls.
- Provide operational assistance and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
API Coordination Support
- Learn and understand basic API concepts and integration workflows.
- Assist in reviewing API documentation.
- Support testing and UAT coordination with clients and technical teams.
- Track API-related requests and issue resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Update onboarding trackers and operational dashboards.
- Maintain documentation and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in Fintech, Operations, or Customer Success.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
