Talin Modular Furniture is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding across all levels — from senior management and technical professionals to blue-collar workforce (factory, production, and site workers). The role also involves managing the full spectrum of HR operations to support a growing manufacturing and modular furniture business.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior leadership, managerial, technical, supervisory, and blue-collar positions (production operators, carpenters, welders, installers, helpers, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, campus hiring, agencies, and walk-in drives.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees at all levels.
- Conduct induction training and probationary period reviews.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain positive work culture and high employee engagement across office, factory, and field teams.
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, promotions, and exit processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations (Factories Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries as per legal guidelines.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for blue-collar workers and managerial staff.
- Organize safety training, technical upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in salary benchmarking, compensation structuring, and benefits administration.
- Manage welfare schemes and employee engagement activities.
Additional Duties
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports and MIS for management.
- Support factory operations in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Handle any other HR-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
