Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Schedule meetings and support sales conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Skills
- Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
- Basic English and computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: As per experience and interview.
- 3 Months Probation Period.
- Performance-based incentives after probation.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
