Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketer with 3–5 years of experience to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and analytics, with a strong focus on driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement growth
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and ads
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spend efficiency
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
- Good knowledge of content marketing and lead generation funnels
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
