Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in High-Rise Residential Projects and Mivan Construction Technology (Mandatory). The candidate will be responsible for execution, supervision, and monitoring of electrical works at site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise cable laying, conduit works, panel installation, lighting systems, and electrical fittings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other site teams for smooth execution of electrical activities.
- Monitor site manpower deployment and ensure productivity as per project requirements.
- Support inspections, approvals, and electrical work clearances.
- Track material consumption and raise site requirements for uninterrupted work progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure electrical installations comply with safety standards and project quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records of executed work and material utilization.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Projects.
- Mivan construction experience is mandatory.
- Ability to read and execute work as per electrical drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential tower projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical execution activities at construction sites.
- Ability to handle multiple work fronts and meet project timelines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced site environment.
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
