Salary Range: ₹6LPA to ₹9 LPA

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer to join our team at our head office in BKC, Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise in jewellery development, and a deep understanding of diamonds and various gemstones. The role requires innovation, precision, and the ability to translate client requirements into exceptional jewellery pieces. Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and customised jewellery designs as per client and business requirements
- Develop design concepts from initial sketches to final production-ready files
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards
- Strong Technical & Fundamental knowledge in high jewellery designing
- Ensure designs align with current market trends and brand positioning
- Select and recommend appropriate diamonds and gemstones based on design, quality, and budget
- Maintain strong attention to detailing, proportions, and finishing
- Participate in client discussions when required to understand design expectations
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Jewellery Designer
- Strong creative and innovative design capabilities
- Intermediate knowledge of CAD & CAM software for jewellery designing
- In-depth knowledge of diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Excellent and humble communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Ability to handle both domestic and international client requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design (preferred)
- 3-6 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise
