Restaurant Store Incharge
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Store Incharge to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant store or inventory management
- Knowledge of purchase procedures, stock handling, and store operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel (stock tracking, reports, and data entry)
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with kitchen, vendors, and management effectively
- Location: Thodupuzha, Idukki
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and purchase activities for the restaurant
- Maintain stock and inventory records accurately
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare stock and purchase reports using Excel
- Handle receiving, storing, and issuing of materials properly
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth operations
