We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our hospitality sales division. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, manage the sales team, and achieve occupancy targets across our managed properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly and annual sales strategies.
- Drive occupancy and revenue across all managed properties.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion.
Business Development
- Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, corporate companies, and event organizers.
- Acquire new B2B and corporate clients.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships.
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase direct bookings.
- Support pricing strategies with the Revenue Management team.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales performance.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Set individual KPIs and targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage key corporate accounts.
- Ensure excellent client service.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversion rates, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Present sales performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years of hospitality sales experience.
- Minimum 1 years in a leadership role.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience with OTAs and hospitality CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
