The Role
This is not a behind-the-scenes job. You will be the face of the content — anchoring, presenting, and creating videos that people stop and watch. Alongside being on camera, you'll be involved in thinking up content ideas, writing hooks and scripts, and making each piece sharper. If you love the camera and have ideas worth shooting, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Anchor and present videos, reels, shorts, and podcast segments confidently on camera
- Deliver scripts naturally — to camera, on teleprompter, and off-the-cuff
- Come up with content ideas, angles, and formats for the page
- Write hooks, outlines, and basic scripts for your own and others' content
- Collaborate with the production and editing team to plan shoots
- Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working on Instagram and YouTube
- Improve continuously based on performance and feedback
- Bring energy, personality, and consistency to every shoot
Who We're Looking For
- Confident, expressive, and natural in front of the camera
- Fluent in Hindi / Hinglish with clear, engaging delivery
- Strong screen presence — relatable, energetic, and watchable
- Creative thinker who can generate content ideas, not just read scripts
- Comfortable writing hooks, outlines, and basic scripts
- Open to feedback, direction, and constant improvement
- Self-driven, punctual, and reliable on shoot days
- Freshers with strong on-camera confidence are encouraged to apply — we'll help you grow
Nice to Have
- An existing social media presence or personal content (Instagram / YouTube)
- Any acting, theatre, hosting, anchoring, or public-speaking background
- Basic understanding of reels, short-form trends, and storytelling
- A showreel or any videos of yourself on camera

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
