Job Summary
Babblio is looking for a passionate English Speaking Trainer who can teach spoken English while also contributing to student counseling and course enrollments. If you have experience in both teaching and sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online English speaking sessions.
- Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and confidence.
- Guide prospective students about our courses and learning programs.
- Follow up with leads and assist them in enrolling in the appropriate course.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in English teaching, counseling, or sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting online classes and video calls.
- Sales or EdTech counseling experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
