Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Real Estate Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Airbnb properties, OTA platforms, and the USA real estate/vacation rental industry. The candidate will be responsible for property marketing, guest communication, lead generation, booking management, and short-term rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other OTA platforms
- Market and promote Airbnb and short-term rental properties
- Generate leads and handle client/customer inquiries
- Manage guest communication, reservations, cancellations, and support
- Optimize property listings to improve visibility and increase bookings
- Handle calendar management, pricing updates, and occupancy tracking
- Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaning, and maintenance teams
- Run social media marketing and online promotional campaigns
- Monitor pricing trends, occupancy rates, and competitor analysis
- Maintain high guest ratings and positive reviews
- Support business development and customer relationship management
- Maintain proper records, reports, and operational updates
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Airbnb property management or USA real estate industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and short-term rental operations
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in lead generation, promotions, and sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions
- Ability to increase occupancy and generate bookings
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused professional
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
