Position Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Support budgeting and cost analysis activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- MBA (Finance) or CA Inter is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
