We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Analyst – Investment Sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Multifamily Markets and underwriting, with strong expertise in financial analysis, market research, and real estate investment evaluation. This role involves supporting stakeholders throughout the complete Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) process, along with conducting financial and operational analysis for multifamily.
