Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about IT courses, career options, and enrollment process
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM daily
- Build strong relationships for conversions and referrals
- Coordinate with trainers and admin team for smooth admissions
- Participate in counseling sessions and marketing activities
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
1. Education: Must be a Graduate
2. Basic Computer Knowledge: Should be comfortable with MS Office, Email, and internet
3. CRM Knowledge: Should know how to manage and update leads in CRM
4. Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Sales. EdTech/Education/BFSI experience preferred
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English
6. Mindset: Target-driven, confident, and good at convincing
