Presales Executive – Real Estate & Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and business development during the presales stage
- Explain drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare technical and residentials proposals and presentations
- Coordinate for site visits with sales team.
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and pricing
- Handle client queries and assist in bid clarifications
- Support negotiations and project handover after award
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–6 years of presales experience in real estate or construction
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Any Industry / Pre sales Experience in Real estate is an added advantage.
- Target Oriented Experience Required: 1 - 3 years
- Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation / Bachelor s Degree
- Calling Experience and follow-ups.
Preferred:
- Experience with residential or commercial real estate projects
- Knowledge of construction contracts and local regulations
