Job description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers via phone, chat, or email to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails/chats. Make outbound calls to follow up or confirm information. Provide accurate product/service information. Record customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Job Requirements: Age: 18 to 35 years Education: graduates preferred. Communication Skills: Good command of English and/or local language(s) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and typing. Respond to customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat). Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Meet individual and team performance targets.
