Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end IT talent acquisition initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with business stakeholders, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring timely closure of technology hiring requirements across multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business workforce requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters while ensuring achievement of hiring targets and defined SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, role expectations, and market dynamics.
- Drive talent sourcing through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and talent mapping initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and niche technology skill sets.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
- Conduct market research, talent intelligence studies, and competitor hiring analysis to support hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive continuous process improvements, recruitment automation, and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction programs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in IT hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Product Engineering.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and offer management.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
- 8–12 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a team management capacity.
- Prior experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, RPO, GCC, or corporate talent acquisition environments.

Preferred Background
Experience managing technology hiring mandates across Product Companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Startups, IT Services organizations, and Digital Transformation environments.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
