Karishma Enterprise is looking for dynamic and motivated IT Sales Engineers to join our growing team across multiple roles. We deal in IT products/solutions and are seeking individuals who can bridge technical knowledge with strong sales skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, field visits, and online channels
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products/solutions
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Coordinate with the technical/support team for post-sales service
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback
Stay updated on new IT products, technologies, and market trends
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in IT sales / technical sales / hardware-software sales (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered)
Basic understanding of IT products, hardware, networking, or software solutions
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Own conveyance preferred (for field sales roles, if applicable)
Graduate in any discipline; IT/Computer background preferred
