Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Role Summary:
Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating sales leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
Explain products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call logs and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Customer handling and relationship management skills.
Basic computer, email, and MS Excel knowledge.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
