Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Back Office Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Only The Back Office Executive will support daily operations by managing tasks for Client Communications for Business tasks such as email handling, internal coordination, and follow-ups. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of back-office tasks that support client campaigns Training and guidance will be provided to help the selected candidate learn company tools, processes, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Good English knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to follow processes, learn new software quickly, and adapt to structured workflows.
- Strong time management skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in the Greater Kolkata Area.
- Educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline (students or recent graduates are welcome to apply). Only Kolkata Candidates preferred
- Interest in digital marketing or online business operations will be considered a plus.
