Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in site execution, quality control, material management, and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage materials, labor, and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
