Role Overview:
We're looking for passionate HR Recruiters with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates using different job portals for different Non-IT roles. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment with ownership, with great learning opportunities while working with a fast-growing startup org.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screen candidates via calls and assess role fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups and engagement
- Work on multiple open roles and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in job portal sourcing
- Good communication and screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
