GUEST RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE - HAIR TRANSPLANT CENTER
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Chennai (Kotturpuram, Anna Nagar, OMR)
Employment: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist the clients professionally.
- Handle enquiries through calls, What'sApp and Walk-ins.
- Schedule and Coordinate client consultation and appointments.
- Explain basic information about hair replacement services and products.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointment.
- Maintain client records and follow up reports.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- English & Tamil communication required.
- Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Good Follow-up and convincing skills
- Experience in Hair/beauty/healthcare/Hospitality/Customer Service is an added advantage.
Performance-based incentive will be provided based on individual targets and achievements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
