About the role:
We're looking for a guitar music educator who doesn't just know the fretboard — but knows how to make it click for students at every stage.
This is an early-career role: you bring the musicianship, and we bring the structured curriculum, training, and a steady student pipeline to grow with.
What you'll do?
- Conduct group guitar lessons online across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Deliver structured lessons covering technique, chord theory, scales, fingerpicking, strumming patterns, and repertoire.
- Move every lesson with the child — always progressing as per our structured curriculum and pedagogy.
- Prepare students for graded assessments where applicable.
- Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and coordinate with the Music Pandit team on scheduling and curriculum.
What we're looking for?
Qualifications
- Grade 5 & above — Trinity College / LCM / RSL / ABRSM / BIMM Institute.
- A music degree (B.A./B.Mus. or M.A./M.Mus. from a recognized UGC university) is a plus.
Experience
- 0–2 years of teaching experience.
- Freshers with strong performance ability and demonstrable musicianship are encouraged to apply — we'll help you grow.
Skills required
- Strong ability to simplify complex musical concepts for kids in the 6–14 age group.
- Comfortable and confident on video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).
- Patient, structured, and genuinely invested in student outcomes.
- Basic digital literacy for scheduling, student management, and content sharing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
