Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Production to oversee production operations, manage manpower, optimize machine utilization, maintain quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Manage manpower and shop-floor operations efficiently.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Ensure process control and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering or B.E. Automobile Engineering.
- Experience in Die Casting / Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
