Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Manager – HR & Operations to take complete ownership of our end-to-end Human Resources function and day-to-day facility operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly manage the entire employee lifecycle—from strategic workforce planning to final exit—while ensuring our workplace administration, vendors, and facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive HR Management (Entire Lifecycle)
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Handle workforce planning, job profiling, sourcing across multiple channels, interviewing, and selection.
- Onboarding & Induction: Oversee joining formalities, background verification, and company culture integration.
- HR Operations & Payroll Support: Manage attendance tracking, leaves, employee data management, and coordinate with accounts for timely payroll processing.
- Performance & Compensation Management: Drive the annual appraisal cycle, KPI setting, and salary/benefits benchmarking.
- Training & Development: Conduct training need analyses and organize skill development programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage workplace culture, grievance handling, internal communication, and team-building initiatives.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.), and maintain internal disciplinary policies.
- Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews, manage attrition analysis, and oversee the full-and-final (F&F) settlement process.
2. Administration & Facility Operations
- Vendor Management: Onboard, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for all third-party services.
- Housekeeping & Facility: Maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility maintenance.
- Security & Safety: Supervise the security apparatus, access controls, visitor management, and emergency readiness protocols.
- Canteen Management: Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and menu management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience balancing core HR Generalist duties with facility administration.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of statutory labor compliances, strong vendor negotiation skills, and proficiency in HRIS/Excel.
