We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company services, and generating leads. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Explain company services and offers clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule further discussions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and confident speaking skills.
- Experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
