About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Trainer to educate, guide, and support clients in effectively using our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching or training background and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, onboarding new clients, explaining platform features, and ensuring users gain a clear understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
- Guide new users through the platform onboarding process.
- Explain platform features, workflows, and best practices in a clear and engaging manner.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and user guides.
- Assess client understanding and provide additional coaching when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product enhancements and new features.
- Ensure a positive learning experience for all clients.
- Maintain training records and provide feedback to management regarding client adoption and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, platform training, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Fluent in Tamil and Hindi or Tamil and English(mandatory).
- Confident in conducting one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively to different audiences.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- BEd, Teaching degree, Master of Philosophy, Bachelors Degree, Trainer certificate will be given preference.
- Experience as a Teacher, Lecturer, Professor, Corporate Trainer, Product Trainer, or Learning & Development Trainer.
- Experience in client onboarding, customer education, or user training.
- Familiarity with technology, software platforms, or fintech products is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
