1.SENIOR / JUNIOR SOFTWARE PROFESSIONAL [ERP]– ONE POST- JHANSI (U.P.).
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate aged below 40 years should be B.Tech (CS&E)/ MCA possessing at least 4 to 8 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment with good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel frameworks, Mysql database, version control (Git) and good understanding of Apache web servers and Ubuntu operating systems.
He should be capable to do coding for the various report forms and design reports as per requirement of management. Able to give his ideas in the development of new software. Able to diagnose and rectify the bugs and problems of departments related to software (ERP). The candidate should have good knowledge of database function, processors, triggers & SQL query, networking, Management of ERP Database.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will be fully responsible for smooth running of all modules of the ERP such as Marketing Module, Packing Module, Production module, Inventory module. Goods Return, Payroll.
Manage all ERP Maintenance & Development related work. Manage Trade Schemes in ERP. Manage Dealers related Data. Manage Products related data. Manage Item Rate related data. Manage all Masters Data. Manage all steps from order process to Invoice Generation. Manage IRN and E-Way Bill related Data. Manage Goods Return Module. Generate Sales Reports. Write Query to get data from Database. Manage All Depots ERP related work & Support all Depot for smooth working in ERP. Manage Payroll, Maintain Attendance & Leaves, Generate Salary, PF & ESI Details. Manage Server related work. Get Database backup. All Networking related work. Manage Router and switch. Manage Email Services related work. Create/Block official Email Ids. All Computer Hardware Purchase/Maintenance related work. Manage DMS system.
2. Generate monthly Bank list of departments ( Packing, Carton, Loose, Asav, Advertisement, Bottles , Gold, Finish Products) & submit to account section.
Manage Billing of Raw materials from (i.e. Order feeding, packing slips & invoice and IRN Generation)
Generate Salary / Production Incentive preparation of Baidyanath, Baidyapath, all Contractor employees and other employees, Uploading ESI on government sites.
3. Solving problems of department i.e. order generation, pack advice, packing slips & approval
Goods Return entry and updating stocks, Transfer memo preparation, Finish item billing from Baidyanath to its sister concerns and vice versa, Generating All reports for daily decisions like Short items report, pack to stock , depot Short items etc (department Wise) .
4. Solving problems related to receiving and issue of item for bottle & packing departments
GRN preparation of Tablet, Raw material & Bottle department.
5. Preparation of excel sheets by fetching the data required as per requirement of Departments
Reducing order qty. as per corrections made by Supply Chain Management (SCM) and other departments like gold dept, stock dept., advertising dept. etc miscellaneous computer related work as assigned by seniors. Department Related Report are provided Checking of Net Work connection
6. Handling new ERP Project Development and provide the User Requirement and ideas to development team for Enhancement. Oversee and manage ERP system customizations and integrations. Analyze system performance to identify areas for enhancement. Communicate with domestic / outsourced Software Developer team whenever required for some Software and development related issues/Query. Problem Solving New modules of Software and Existing running ERP related End user queries. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure that the system runs efficiently. Generating reports through the Query and provide the data. Generate the Daily Management related report for mailing Purposes. Database Configuration and Management of ERP.
7. Generate reports as required by management for Sale / Production / Payroll/Inventory & Audit Report for account Section. Generate Trading Stock report qty and value wise & Sales Return related reports summit to account section month wise/year wise. Generate HRD related Report PF / Bonus / Arrear for audit reports. Generate Supply Chain Management related reports. Solve account Section related Query. Generate stock/production Forecasting reports.
8. Management of Payroll Module for all contractor and factory employees and other employees, Solve queries related with depots. Share SQL queries with Software Developer team. Able to diagnose and rectify the bugs and problems of department related to software (ERP). Daily Admin Level reports are generated and mailed to concern seniors. Production Related Report, Sale related Reports, HRD Related Report, Generate account related Report for the concerned manager/user.Net working problem solving, Computer Hardware maintenance.
CTC: Rs.06.00 to 12.00 Lakh per annum depending on merits. Apply to:
