We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into business opportunities, promoting Industrial Automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through digital platforms such as website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead generation and conversion.
- Explain product features and solutions related to Industrial Automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Generate new business opportunities through regular follow-ups on digital marketing leads.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with leads to ensure successful sales closure.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Update CRM or lead management systems with daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or digital lead handling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and industrial solutions (training will be provided).
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
