The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, handling statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial reporting process. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Record and maintain purchase entries in the accounting system.
- Enter daily income and expense transactions with proper documentation.
- Handle petty cash transactions, maintain records, and reconcile balances regularly.
- Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports to the management.
- Generate monthly financial reports, including income, expenses, and account summaries.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account verification.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable tax regulations.
- Support the Finance Department in audits and other accounting activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered).
- Working knowledge of GST filing and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,629.22 - ₹20,000.00 per month
