# IT Engineer

### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Engineer to manage and support the organization’s complete IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, servers, security systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
* Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
* Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure
Network Administration
* Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
* Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance-related issues
### Hardware & Asset Management
* Handle procurement, installation, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV cameras, biometric devices, and related hardware
* Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking records
### Server & Cloud Administration
* Administer Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory
* Manage Office 365/Google Workspace accounts and configurations
* Support file servers and basic cloud services such as AWS/Azure
### Security & Backup
* Implement firewall policies, antivirus, and endpoint security measures
* Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
### User Support
* Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure SLA adherence
### Vendor & AMC Coordination
* Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and AMC vendors for issue resolution and renewals
### Documentation & Compliance
* Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, IT policies, and security documentation
* Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices

## Required Skills & Qualifications
* B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT, CS, ECE, or related field
* 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
* Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall management (SonicWall/Fortinet preferred)
* Experience with Office 365/Google Workspace administration and Outlook configuration
* Basic knowledge of Linux and virtualization tools such as VMware/Hyper-V
* Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, CCTV, biometric systems, and EPABX
* Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+ will be an added advantage
* Strong communication and vendor management skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
