1. Manage Inbound International Customers Calls
2. Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues

4. Accurately document all customer interaction in the designated platform
Eligibility
1. 2-3 years of experience with at least 1+ years of prior international call center experience
2. Should have excellent communication skills, active listening skills
3. Open to work in US shift (India Night Shift)
4. Graduate
5. Sat and Sun fixed offs
6. Location- Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara
7. Strong employment background check will be done
